can I import passwords into Keychain? I can export from my existing password
manager in a .CSV & I think HTML. Thank for any advice.

If I'm recalling correctly, the later than 2015 Macbooks should be able
to install directly from the Windows iso image, so need for any USB
whatsoever.

I've not had any issues with my Bootcamp once I got Windows installed,
but I do remember it was a bear to get things going so I appreciate the
struggle this can be.

You need to use Window Chooser to access the dialogue that is prompting for
permission for Skype to use your microphone, then respond to that dialogue. I
can’t remember whether it prompts for use of the camera as well. Once the
dialogue is closed, Skype runs and is accessible.
