Another way you can open apps automatically at login is if you have them in the Dock, find them and open the contextual menus with VO+Shift+M. Then arrow down until you hear open at login and press return. Note that you have to do this for every app you want opened at login. HTH. Regards, Shawn

I would expect that since text completions are fairly short, that they all get synchronized at the same time. So, try adding a new shortcut and see if it gets added to your phone. The only other possibility I can think of off-hand would be to add/remove your iCloud account from the iPhone 8.
