I don't know what they are for really. If you don't have the widgets loaded,
then it won't give you update trouble.

The odd thing is, that widget doesn't seem to be in my widgets area under
extensions in the first place. When I tried to update, I didn't have to
uncheck anything. Maybe I got lucky, but it just seemed to work over here.
Could it be the difference in me being on El Capitan and not Sierra on thi
You would just need to have it disabled for the update I'd think. Then you
could re-enable the widget as you like I'd guess.

Thanks. “Extension” should have been the key. Still learning my way around.
I found it in the “today” section and once unchecked I was able to install.

Hello,
You have to go turn off the iTunes widget in Notification Center. At least, I
know it's not just me. :-)
I hope this helps,

Did you check the "extensions" pane in system preferences to see if the iTunes
widget is enabled there? If it is, then you can uncheck the box that enables
the iTunes widget and then you should be able to get the update.

New problem today and I am having no luck with a Google search to turn up the
answer. Either nobody else is seeing this or it’s too new I guess. When I try
to update iTunes, I get the message "“iTunes.app” can not be updated because
its extensions are in use by “Notification Center.app”. Click
Good! Glad it worked out, Andrew.

Ah, thanks, Donna, you've made me happy! I have 6th generation ipod touch.
And yes, I've just found a way of getting Alex. I'm a happy bunny!

Well, Chris, I got news for yuh, I can’t get the enhanced Siri voices either.
Just the Normal ones. Mind you, since Thom has come out on the iPhone as part
of IOS10, I’ve been using the inhanced version of Thom both on my mid 2009 Mac
book pro and my iPhone7+. I’ve noticed that I can make Ale

Yes, that was more or less the experience I had found. Tune in premium is very

What I! wanna know, is why on earth I cannot get the Siri Enhanced voices

Accessibility is being completely beat around the bush with me regarding it.
Some reps tell me they did away with the enhanced American english male and

Andrew,
The 5 is smaller than the 6. The 6 looks kind of like an iPhone 6S, but I
think it may be a bit thinner. Also, check and see what software version you
are running. the 5 does not run IOS 10.

Hi Andrew.
if you have the 6th gen, yes, this should be achieved using the same
method you did on your SE. But if you have an iPod 5, Alex is not
available on that.

Hi,
Lucky me! I have got an iPod touch for my birthday. The trouble is for the

but I still cannot work it out. I can't stand Daniel, and
Hi David,
Personally, I would either get the NFL online package from SiriusXM and use the
subscription on Radium, or sign up for tune in premium. The NFL app is totally
unusable in my opinion and I would caution people to not use it and look for
alternatives.

Chris,
Treat it like a game
Setup some files in different locations where the files give instructions such
as pointing to other locaitons etc
That will help give her an idea of how to navigate around the machine and use
things like finder etc.
Hope that helps.
