19 mb partition, where did it come from?

Hi! I was partitioning a 4 TB harddisk and while there is a 4 tb partition there there’s also a 19 mb partition which just was added without my knowledge. Can this be merged to the big one or should i first do smaller partitions before i try to merge this into a partition? THe disk is 4.1 tb. Tha
