Hello Greg, You’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes, when you have a lot of accounts, VoiceOver screws up the Drag&Drop. They really need to fix this. You could try hiding everything else to leave the screen as uncluttered as possible and maybe make the window as big as possible, but beyond
