I had this problem earlier this year and the cause for me was the mouse was
following the cursor. I unchecked that and my problem has never come back. I
don't remember ever turning that on but I shut it off just the same.
In VO, I have everything following everything else except for the mouse.
Unfortunately I think I am going to have to live with these daily issues, as it
is still happening, and my track pad is at 75% battery, so that's not the
issue. Hopefully and I know this won't happen but when I update to Mavericks in
the next week or so the issues will go away.

Sounds like you dismounted your drive. You can either unplug and plug it
back in, power cycle it, or use Disk Utility to find the drive and mount
it again. If you go the Disk Utility route you'll just launch Disk
Utility from the Utilities folder (shift-option-U in finder) then find

I am running a Mini with two drives. I accidentally did an eject command on
the second rive, called Data, and I cannot find it now. It does not show up
in the go to computer list, and it is not in the trash. Any help tracking

a command which I forgot at the moment. But the other one is, to go in to the
