No. If you use option-arrow to add rows or columns before/after, all you are
doing is adding a blank row/column. You'll need to copy/paste or fill to
maintain formula structure within that new row/column.

The problem you describe can be worked around. If your volume doesn’t go back
up, make VO say something else, and when it’s done the volume should pop back
up again. Usually works for me, anyway.

one must find impressed before the dial pad comes up. It is no longer a tab at
the bottom of the screen.
