Hey Ricardo,
I was trying to find a show that I missed while on Time Warner on CBS and
another on Showtime. I couldn't seem to access Fios online content of on demand
programming over the web and their iPhone app seems completely inaccessible
when trying to view on demand content.

Hey Christine,
Thanks. I emailed their accessibility email copying the direct quote from their
own website about how they strive to be the most accessible communications
company. Sadly, the Time Warner Cable app was completely accessible. I use Tivo

I use it. It is mostly accessible, except for the settings. They know about the
problem and say they hope to fix it in a future update, but I keep hounding
them about it so they don't forget. Still, it is cheaper than Carbonite, and
includes many more features (no limit on how many drives you ca

I cannot figure how to do a complete twitter search using Nightowl. Can this be

Hi:
I'm looking for an accessible off site backup solution. I came across
CrashPlanPlus. Has anyone used it? Is it accessible with Voiceover?

I really like the fusion route. There's nothing like being able to tap back and
forth between Windows and Mac apps. As far as a mouse, any $15 mouse will work
in Windows.

Hi all.
I have an iPod 4 here that I would like to return to iOS 5.1. I have
the IPSW file from Apple, so I assume I should be able to do this with
no trouble?
Thanks for any help!

Hi,
I have just found a great word processor program in the App Store called Xword.
The version I have tried is the free version.
It was so accessible I was amazed.
There is a full version for £6.99 which I will buy if its as accessible.
I wondered if anyone had tried the paid for app and wh

Hi,
I switched to Fios in February. As you said, the savings is massive, and in my
opinion its an all around better service. I find there site to be useable.
Not great accessibility wise but, I can get most things done.
What exactly are you running into problems with on the site?

I meant to say that refit is a boot manager that includes a prtition

Hi, all,
I want to duel-boot Vinux and M L on my Mac mini. Life Hacker recommends Refit
Partition Manager, but I suspect it isn't usable with a screen reader. I would
like a duel-boot instead of a vm, because Vmware had an upgrade available just
after i bought it, and I really can't buy a new v
Hi all,
I have ordered a Mac mini with quad core processor, fusion drive and will be

I have it, and yes, it is quite inaccessible disappointingly, but like you,
there are savings, and my Internet service and phone service no longer drop
continuously, as they did with Cablevision. Just keep pestering them.

Hey all,
I know this isn't exactly on topic, but I did want to check to see if anyone
else on the list has Verizon Fios, as I just switched from Time Warner, and was
shocked to learn that Verizon's Fios on demand app is completely inaccessible.

Hello:
I needed the online manual as a reference, and I can not find the current MTL
manual. I knew that it was there, but in the resources page it is no where to
be seen.
Thanks
