I have subscribed to a few free classes in iTunesU. I got a warning saying I
may need to download or purchase additional material. Am I going to get smacked
with extra charges without knowing it? I certainly hope not!

Seems like VLC should be able to do this. I was able to play the file
with VLC but I couldn't get the transcode feature to work.

Hello everyone,
I am not sure if anyone has heard of this conversion program, but for those
wishing to convert files from m4a to mp3, this will work wonderfully. I just
did a test run, and it is to my knowledge, as far as I have used the program,

Though I know that this is an english speaking list, I wanted to share a

Hi listers,
I already have some 5 podcasts that I like, about Apple and accessibility.

because Robert has so many interesting people he's talking too, I have a feed
from John Panareese, and 1 or 2 I don't remember now. Of

Hi,
I think pricing is one small difference.
Tech News Today talked about these services a few weeks back, but of
course they were not concerned with usability from the blind user
perspective.
I use DropBox exclusively, and most heavily on the windows side, and

I just updated the firmware on my Focus 40 Blue to 4.57. It seems everything is

more keys in USB mode. anyone else notice this?

are?
I have largely just used Dropbox previously.

Hello Mike,
I've used this app and the price you see is for one month. I think the lifetime
price is about ten times the monthly price.
The app is good for planning routes that include both walking and using public
transport, but I don't find it to be as good as Navigon for giving turn-by-turn
