This is a late response, because the original post came in when I was really
busy. However, I'll just mention that this portion of the MobileMe web
interface works fine -- just use VO-Space (the generic shortcut to perform the
default action) on any of the items to select

You can also convert them to .doc files, save them to an sd or usb drive, then
just plug that into your mac and there you go.

the easiest way is to use the file manager in braille note to save all the
files as TXT. once you move them from your braille note apex to your mac book
pro, you can use text edit to brows your files.

I recently upgraded to Skype 5 on my mac. Now growl doesn't speak the text
