Hi Donna,
I'm sorry if this has already been said. I haven't been following this thread

Hi Colin,
Not sure I answered this, but thanks for clearing things up. We may someday
share music in our house, but for now we don't, hence the method I described.
Sorry I didn't have a way to make it easier for you!

No problem Mark and I am not an iCal expert, but it does work incredibly well.
I know some have seen old data hanging around and all of this can be configured
via the preferences (command-comma). There may be a good book, but most of what

Hello Everyone,
I guess this is my iCal day, eh? (Smile)
OK, in Outlook, one can display all upcoming appointments in a simple list
view. This eliminates the need to scroll through various dates when
determining one's upcoming schedule.
My question is, can one select such a view in i

Hello Scott,
Thank you so much. Following your excellent instructions, I realize that I did

Hi COlin,
I'm unsure whether someone has answered this already but I thought I'd give it
a try. In order to copy text from anywhere, but especially an E-mail, you need
to interact with the text. THis is done by pressing VO with shift and down
arrow. VoiceOver will beep when text is highlighted.
No problem after updating my safari graphics.

I don't use bootcamp, but you'll know the os install disk when you have it, as
when you bootup with the C key held down, it'll boot up, but it does take
longer. I don't think VO comes on by default, you may have to turn it on with
fn+cmd+f5.

Hi all,
thanx for this summary steps.
I am using ical for a 2 months and, it's works it has some limits:

- the functions, go to date and go to today (command+t or command+shift+t) are
not working with vo: is see no result.

Ok, a few questions. I'm a mac newbie here, though not a computer newbie by

First of all, locating my OS install disk. There are two disks I found. One

Greg,
You can also do this within the Keyboard COmmander as well. That is assuming

Hi Colin and Donna.
I thought I'd share my method with you.
I've done this only once.
As you know Donna, I still use my windows mobile, and run windows 7 using

So I have my windows mobile connected running windows 7.
I then can share all my files using VM tools. I go into VM

Hi Colin,
Well, it sounds like one of us knows something that the other doesn't, but not
sure who. I get to the itunes\music folder by doing the following
1. Go to Desktop, and open Macintosh HD with Command-O
2. Go to users and open.
3. arrow down to the folder with your username and open it.
What happens when you interact with the date and time field and use vo and and
down?
Take care.

Well I hope this does not sound bad!
If it does I'm sorry!
There is only one place where the actual music files are!
That's the hd library and this is where Itunes plays music from!

Hello Everyone,
When I create a new event in iCal, I cannot seem to locate the fields that
determines how long the event will last. All I can see in the inspector is the

Thank you.
