change .conf files' ownership from root wheel to root admin

I migrated my apps, docs, library from an old Mac to a new one, both using macOS Mojave 10.14.4. On the old Mac, many MacPorts .conf files were owned by user root, group admin. Those include httpd.conf, httpd-vhosts.conf, httpd-userdir.conf On the new Mac, these files are now owned by user root

The only instance of pear-ini.php I find, on either the old Mac (where apache was working OK) or on the new Mac, is: /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/php/pear-install-phar/files/pear-ini.php

That was it: in the old, php71/php.ini and php72/php.ini I had commented out the reference to auto_prepend_file = '/opt/local/var/db/php70/pear/pear-ini.php’ because I am no longer using pear ports. But it was not commented out in php73/php.ini. Doing so fixed the error. Thanks! > On
