On High Sierra, MacPorts build from sources, I wanted to install wine which has
dependencies as gstreamer1 and openal-soft with dependency on jasper. Configure
failed.

Indeed the system32 directory is empty and the ~/.wine/drive_c/ dir contains
only a windows directory, no 'Program Files’. I have deleted ~/.wine but
without result, it never creates a working wineprefix.
