What are the best practices for providing config files with ports?
I am working with a friend to make an all in one ISP solution, email,
dns, database, webmail, etc etc. Sort of a cpanel done right on the
Mac.
Let'stake Roundcube for example, there is not a port that I can see.

source, and am no sure. I did port variant mysql5 and it did not tell

Sorry, in my previous mail it should have read:
sudo port -f clean --all db46
sudo port install db46
The --all switch also removes already downloaded distfiles and that's
what I meant originally.

muniversal PortGroup, which greatly simplfies building a universal
port but am running into a annoying issue. FFTW needs to be compiled
