MacTeX does work well with Macports. You have to change the config-file
of MacPorts to look for the existence of the MacTeX binaries. Sorry, I can not
remember which. Of course It may not work anymore.
At least I am happy with MacTeX.

If you look at the Mac App store you will see that Xcode 4
is the TOP selling App!
Which means that their are a lot of developers that are not

Xcode 4 supports 10.5!
Xcode 4 supports iOS 4.3!
I do not see M$ offering a Development system for free.

problems with pyx-numpy.
Would it not be easier to have all things needing Fortran run over the
g95-compiler than the full gcc version
distributed by Macports.
Or does the g95 fortran compiler suffer from the sa
