Issues with qmake5 PortGroup

Hi everyone, Recently, I had issues with updating several qt5 ports, such as qscintilla-qt5 (updated recently), or py37-pyqt5, all related to the qmake5 PortGroup. The errors I am experiencing are similar to the one reported in https://trac.macports.org/ticket/58760

Good point, and sorry, I should have put that information straight away. I do have the 10.14 sdk. I am still on Mac OS X 10.14.6, with XCode 10.3. Furthermore, the build should be using the 10.14 sdk, regardless of setting the QMAKE_MAC_SDK, at least based on the environment variables at confi

pgf: objections to removing?

The pgf port installs a latex package that would otherwise be in texlive-pictures. It's been a separate port mostly for historical reasons -- it predates our texlive ports. This port used to be maintained. It's a nomaintainer port now, but people have still been keeping it up to date. I'd just as
