Bjarne, you reported build failure for `php-imagick` in your first draft.
Here are a couple fixes. Feel free to incorporate these into your branch,
or else let this PR go through as is. This could use some follow-up
testing which I can not provide.

pspell was evicted from PHP core in version 8.4;
php81-pspell and later subports are now found in the separate php-pspell
Portfile.

No php extensions that are not bundled with php are available for php84 yet. I
don't add extensions until I update the corresponding php port to the first
stable version and I have not yet upd
