dependency of Boost (in order to make sure boost.numpy is built knowingly),
which created a cyclic dependency: boost -> py27-numpy -> gcc7 -> cctools ->
llvm-5.0 -> cmake -> curl -> libpsl -> gtk-doc -> source-highlight -> bo
