cannot insert figures

Hallo, I cannot insert figures in my slide document, I get these two errors: Cannot determine size of graphic and then: File not found ... But when I export the document in latex, and compile it from the shell everything works. Yvonne

Hallo, my problem was that I was including a tex figure generated by pstoedit. This picture overruns TeX's memory capacity. Many thanks to Rich and Herbert, Yvonne
