Hello JMarc,
I found the following system variables (see below). Interestingly the R folders
does not show up on any of the three lines. Also, some of the items (Python39)
have long been gone, apparently with no ill effect. I also did a search for
Rscript.exe (see screenshot below). It shows up

installed the complete Tex Live distribution) or something more subtle?
