I am not able download 2.0 for Windows from http://www.lyx.org/Download/#toc3.
Which download do I grab from the mirror site if this is the first time I am
installing a latex package?

I do not seem to be able to find a 2.0.0-2 installer for download let alone a
Bundle. Can you send me a link? Most of the mirror sites fail.
