Any windows binaries for Lyx/1.4.0 out as yet? I can't find anything on
the main FTP server- Should I be looking some place else?

I have installed Ruurd Reitsma's native windows port of lyx 1.3.2.
Previously, I was using lyx-1.3.1 , cygwin.
The native port works much faster and most things work. However, I could
not get the following things going
* Latex is always run only once and thus documents with
cross-referenc

Any leads about where I can find statically linked binaries for for
Solaris 8 on ix86
I can not compile as I do not have (and want to avoid installing)
Xforms or Qt on my Solaris box.
