block, once the bib file has been processed (if the citations become "?." I
just "unhide" it and generate a temp output, then "hide" it and regenerate

I don't know if the same issue, but after scrolling using the scrollwheel on
the mouse the cursor will jump when I try to click on any note or footnote
in the document.
