On Windows 7 (64 bit) (and Windows XP, 32 bit) I upgraded from LyX 2.0.7
to 2.1.0 without any obvious problems.
In doing the upgrades, I first uninstalled 2.0.7, but chose the option
to retain user preferences. Then I installed 2.1.0.
