inconvenience with two lyx used simultaneously

For translating a book in another language I like to keep two lyx next to each other on the screen, one e.g. with buch.lyx and the other with book.lyx. If I open `Navigate' in one and try to do the same in the other, the first navigate-popup disappears. Is there a way to avoid this? Of course
