Support for floatflt in LyX?

Hi, I have borrowed book on LaTeX (Czech "Guide for beginners" -- wonderfull book) and it gave so curious, that I have tried to get on with floatflt package. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it working with LyX. I have attached my testing LyX file as well .tex corrected as to work.
