OK, you have the language package set to "custom" in document settings. If you
set it to "Automatic" or "Default", LyX will load polyglossia and suppress the
greektext and cyrillictext definitions.
It's probably most sensible to suppress them

"Use Non-TeX fonts" should not be necessary. Using XeTeX or LuaTeX output
(also with tex fonts) should suppr
