Happy 2016 & hello to you,
I have a question regarding the migration of Lyx and all parts of the TeX
distribution from OS X 10.10.3 to OS X 10.11.2:
I have already installed TeXLive-2015 and the current version of LyX on the new
computer, but there are still some extensions missing. C
All,
Update: I still could not track down the offending lines in my Unix
*.lyx file, so I tried the following experiment. I logged onto my old
Unix machine remotely, running Xwin32. I was able to start a Lyx

Please help.
I just changed jobs, and had to go from using lyx on a Unix box at my
old job to wanting to use it on a PC at my new job. I had it installed
on my PC (Windows 2000), but I can't seem to open a *.lyx file that I
created under Unix, once I copied that file over to my PC. Any ideas?
