yesterday I decided to change my spellchecker from ispell to apsell
(pspell). In a terminal aspell works fine even with lyx/tex files.
After changing the settings in lyx I try to run aspell with german
dictionary but I always have that error message:

If you were using lyx < 1.1.6 before, you need to do edit->reconfigure.

Can somebody help me get around installation problems with the latest 1.1.6fix3
release on Linux Mandrake 7.2? I had version 1.1.6-1 running, but bugs forced
me to try and install a newer version.
