The suggested code works in a plain text file but if I try it in a lyx

You will find the examples files if you "control click" the LyX.app
icon and choose to "show package content"
in the folder that opens you will find the example folder in the
Resourses folder that you will find inside the Contents folder.

I would just like to remind people on this list that the wiki can be used
