Did you have netscape or another color hungry application running? A
typical problem is that you have a version of xforms compiled for
glibc2.0 and try to use it with glibc2.1. In this case, when xforms
tries to output an error message (to say it does not have enough
colors, for ex.), it just core dumps.

HI All,
I've had LyX installed and running, but when I try to run now, I get a
"Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)" error. I'm not sure why it would have
worked yesterday and not today...
FYI - LyX is version 1.1.5pre1-1 for LinuxPPC (based on redHat 6.2 , I believe)
