No. This bug has been fixed in 1
inserting space in deleted text offsets all deletions in the rest of the
paragraph.
to reproduce:
1) enter a piece of text
2) enable track changes
3) delete the text
(the text now shos red and crossed out)
4) insert a double-space within the crossed out text
(the space shows as an ordinary
