LaTeX can only find the files if they are installed in it's (own)
tree *AND* made known through running of the texhash program.
I use the Mac but google is your girl friend "miktex texhash"
produces lots of results.

To me "file not found" looks quite clear, you must install the
corresponding font in LaTeX.
