But I have several problems, which I cannot solve.
Here my biggest one:
I need my pagenumbers in right high corner
But Lyx does not include the chapters, index. .
Because you redefined the header lines in the way that they don't
include any more the chapte

Most of your problems can be solved with code in the custom latex preamble
(Document>Settings>LaTeX prea
