I am trying to insert a picture to a figure float. The lyx graphical states
says it works like create a figure flloat and then select Insert>>Figure. My
problem is that there is no Insert>>Figure in the Insert menu. And
Insert>>Graphics results in numerous Error when viewing the document as
ied png and ps files.
