I have LyX 1.6.4 installed in cygwin on W2K. I have an odd problem when generating PDF. Take, for example, "doc/Customization.lyx". If I "View->PDF (pdflatex)", I get the latex errors window after Latex run number 1. The errors window actually contains just 2 warnings, no errors, but LyX does no
