From http://www.lyx.org/Download, I downloaded ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/2.0.6/LyX-2.0.6+qt4.dmg and used the MacTeX link to download MacTeX. Installation of both went without a problem. I'm running OS X 10.8.4 but the Gatekeeper wasn't a problem, although the web site says it may be. L
