Hello,
You can use a float to do that.
1 - Add an image float (Insert->Float->Picture float)
2 - Add the title
3 - Put the cursor on the beginning of the title and press Enter
4 - Add the first image (Insert->Figure)
5 - Press Enter and add the second image.
