I have Windows 10, with a TeX Live 2018 distribution updated today. All worked perfectly before I installed LyX 2.3.0. Now, when I compile a document, no pdf is shown nor created, and, if I try to open a previously created pdf with Acrobat, I get "Fatal error: Acrobat failed to connect to the DDE s
