Hi! I used to manage to fix the width of a table column by giving the width and choosing the "linebreaks" option from the table layout display. This is explained in User's guide. However, with 1.1.6fix3 I don't seem to be able to do this anymore because I can't find "linebreaks". Can somebody poin
