You can use the bibfont command if you are using natbib package. Just
add this ERT command before your bibliography tag.

The first number is the size and the second is the baseline skip. I'm

I am writing a conference paper in Lyx and would like my bibliography to be
in 9pt font. Is there any way to specify this in the Lyx document? Is
