Hi all, I'm trying to use the Elsart style/class, which is still pretty tricky. I want to put an ERT into the \begin{frontmatter}..\end{frontmatter} section, but I don't know how. An ERT in a Standard environment terminates the frontmatter section and the front matter after it doesn't get output
