Just installed Lyx 1.2.1 and Cygwin 1.3.12-2 for use with my existing installation of
MikTex 2.1 on a Windows 2000 machine
My problem is that I cannot invoke latex as there is no option View->DVI. The only
options available under View are: Update, LaTex
