For the Algorithm caption, write in preamble
\floatname{algorithm}{Algorithmus}
The title of the list of algorithms is hardcoded. One workar
just to be more precise: i am using book(koma-script) and ngerman
and it's a huge problem

i just have one small problem: i want the word algorithm written in german
instead of englisch in the output file (d.g. pdf), when i use an
alogrithm-floating-env. figure,.
The use of figure leads to Abbildung, but why does algorithm lead to
algorithm ???
may be easy, but i cannot
