I have been aksed (in Czech :-) by an user of LyX, that dead keys
for caron and acute (over English key +/=) in LyX 1.1.6 (even
with xforms 0.88.1) don't work (he has X keyboard switched off --
it is not the case) and everything worked well with version
1.1.5fix2. Which is very unfortunate, b
