I am still struggling with my libc problem. I have solved it temporarily by creating a symbolic link in my /lib directory to my libc-2.1.* library named libc.so.5. However, someone wrote that it was not a good idea to do so. I do have the libc5 libraries in a directory placed in the /usr dir
