Howto Appendix

How does one add an Appendix to the book class? -g-

Including a separate ascii file in LyX

I am convinced their is a way to include an ascii (bash script) document without losing the whitespace at the begining of each line - but I do not know how. Can anyone suggest a way to get scripts included as external files - so that the scripts can still be edited independantly ?? Please... Tha
