GNU Ghostscript 5.50 here. What would I get if I upgrade to Alladin

used grep alot :) the .layout and .inc files.
Can anyone give me a pointer to the right way to do this? I'd prefer
to do it in LyX where I have a WYSIWYM to design the footer, but if I
need to do it in LaTeX or ERT that's fine too.
