But this one did not work.
However, thank you very much!

Hi,
at the end of line, Lyx is sometimes hyphenating "LDAP" into "LD-" and "AP".
How can I avoid that?

Thank you all.
First I gave the pdfpages package in use with pdflatex another try, but
the creation process reported errors within 2 eps graphics. After
converting them, these errors were gone, but new errors came and I lost
my temper.
So I decided to do it the not-so-elegant way and splitted the

I don't hope so. I also tried the pdfpages package, but it only worked

Hi.
I've nearly finished my thesis now. The only thing left to do is to
include some PS files into the appendix. I tried inserting the document
as a graphic, but then I got get the first page of the document.
My second try was to use ERT:

Hi.
When chosing any german format as bibtex index style, I always get 6 errors:

Hi.
I'm looking for a special document class that features an environment

Oh, you're right. I haven't seen his anwer, yet.
I've found a work-around:
Lyx is using the command \citeauthor everywhere where we see (author?).
I edited my .lyx-file with vim and changed it to \cite - now the errors
are gone and I see |1|, |2|, ... in the dvi/pdf file :-)

Looks like there's something broken:
"blabla this is the cite"(author?)
This is the dvi output. (author?) comes from ->input ->cite, where i
chose one of my bibtex references. Normally there should be (Tanenbaum,
2003), which I've chosen in the dialog window of the cite.

Hi again.
How would you put a web link into the bibtex file?

Thank you all, so far.
Document class is article, I was not using bibtex, but I probably will
do this now.
@Juergen: I get the following error with your preamble
LaTeX Error: Something's wrong--perhaps a missing \item.

Does really nobody has an idea how to solve this problem?
Sorry, but it's really urgent!

Hi.
The register does not use the page style of all the other pages (fancy,
individually changed). Instead, there are 2 columns and the page number
is printed in the center of the bottom.
How can I change this?
And how can I add the pages register and references to the toc (as a new
section, each
