Anyway - I wanted to report that current lyx 2.3.8 on macos does not pick
hi - i don't consider myself a computer novice - but I am confused by the
font issues relating to lyx, latex, pdfs, postscrpt and so on...
perhaps someone could point me to a defintive website or a news posting that
explains the problems once and for all, and possibly also the "tricks"
required.
having used lyx on and off over a period of years now, i found that i had to
issue preamble commands in order to do something "cool".
and watching this list also shows that many solutions use non-obvious "magic
preambles".
the example below is just another one i wonder if there is a central
; do epstopdf $i; done
this doesn't seem to work (shell type errors?)
